For the first time in its history, the final ceremony came to Florence on November 10, having previously taken place in Paris. The event, supported by Fondazione Destination Florence and city councillor Jacopo Vicini, was held at Palazzo Borghese, a historic city centre venue for opulent private events.
Florence, with its vibrant and rapidly growing scene, was the perfect setting to celebrate this occasion, as reflected in the presence of nine cocktail bars featuring in the 2025 ranking and three in the top 100: Locale in 34th place, Gucci Giardino 36th, and Atrium Bar at Four Seasons Florence 77th, followed by Rasputin (134), Giacosa (215), Manifattura Firenze (234), La Ménagère (289), Santa Cocktail Club (295), Bitter Bar (349), Bar Artemisia at Hotel Savoy (371), Caffè Paszkowski (379), and Drinx at Il Gusto di Xinge (448).
