OIC Group celebrates 50 years

The Florence-born company founded in 1975 by Annarita Bonamici marked half a century of activity in 2025, with the company having grown from a small, pioneering professional congress organizer (PCO) into an international group managing over 500 events annually in more than 60 countries, while remaining firmly rooted in its Tuscan identity. Women make up 80% of the staff and drive the organization’s modern, people-centered work culture, which includes flexible schedules, smart working, and support programmes that foster long-term professional growth. In the last three years, the group has generated over 35 million euros in economic value in Italy, including 7 million euros in Tuscany.
